In Autumn of 2022 we broke ground on Phase 2 of our Hilworth Duplex Project. We are constructing a duplex with 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath primary units. Stay tuned for exciting project updates on Phase 2!

We have now completed phase 1 of our Hilworth Duplex Project. Each unit of the duplex has a 3 bedroom primary unit with a 2 bedroom secondary suite in the basement. It is a modern and untraditional layout, with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the second floor to take advantage of the spectacular views we have here in Jasper. And if that wasn't enough, each unit also has a roof deck to enjoy these mountain vistas.

In 2017 we had our first opportunity to develop an under-utilized lot in Jasper. We transformed a lot that had a run down bungalow (that hadn't been occupied for many years), and built 2 modern duplexes, where 4 families now live.
